A sumptuous 4 layer vanilla sponge cake made with fresh cream frosting, fresh cream, mango and pineapple layering, topped with fresh cream flowers, zingy pomegranate, delectable pineapples and sweet mango pieces.

The main picture is a 6 inch cake, enough for up to 15 people depending on your serving size. There is also an 8 inch version in the pictures. This cake comes in a choice of mouth-watering moist sponge flavours, Vanilla, Vanilla & Jam, Chocolate, Apple & Cinnamon, Lemon, Red Velvet and Oreo.
