RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.farahsdessertheaven.com.

We take pride in delivering 100% customer satisfaction, from enquiry to after your order has been delivered.

Once a cake has been delivered, we unfortunately hold a no-return policy. Below are the other policies regarding cancellation and refunds, notice should be before 9am.

3-days before : 100% 

2-days before: 50%

1-day before: 25%

On the day cancellation is at our discretion and will depend on status of cake when cancelled.

We do have a refund policy. A claim can be made in 7 day's of collecting your order. To be eligible to a partial or full refund, proof needs to be shown of your order not meeting the expected outcome. Once both parties accept demands not being met and agreement  for a partial or full refund will be discussed. Once agreed upon the refund will take up to 3-5 business days.

Any refund will be minus any transaction costs incurred by us of which proof will be provided.
